Bronze Series

Copulare revolutionized the building of sound furniture, developing new techniques and opened up new perspectives of listening and its functionality. The basic designs developed by Copulare are now as ever pointing the way ahead in modern design of sound bases, worldwide. Greatly innovative, Copulare has always been a pioneer in exploring and establishing production methods. The strictest of guidelines define the exclusive "Copulare-system".

Grand Porto

The Grand Porto, a real cost-no-object development within the Sial equipment stands is the model of Copulare's product line.

Three pillars filled with quartz sand and lead shot mixture are equipped at their bottom ends with bronze threads allowing precise permanent adjustment and easy locking of the heavy hand-machined spikes. The upper end of each pillar is constituted by a heavy polyurethane foam-filled cylinder and piston assembly resting in vacuum underneath a metallic covering and supporting the shelf. The sandwich-design shelf having a total thickness of eight centimeters is a practically acoustically dead.

The inner ligaments are arranged in Fibonacci rows and imbedded in quartz sand, sandwiched by the outer birch plywood layers.
